Purpose of the Consultation
The consultation is an educational and informational wellness session intended to provide general lifestyle guidance related to eczema and overall health. It is not medical care and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to medications, diet, supplements, or treatment plans.

Information shared during the consultation—including verbal guidance, written notes, or follow-up resources—is based on general education and personal experience. Nothing provided should be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including health history, consistency, and individual circumstances. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and actions following the consultation.

Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All consultation purchases are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations, missed appointments, or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Failure to attend the scheduled consultation (“no-show”) will be treated as a completed session.

Session Scope & Time
Consultations are limited to the time booked. Additional support, messaging, or follow-up outside the session is not included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property
All materials, guidance, notes, and resources shared during the consultation are the intellectual property of MJ Empowered LLC and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in the consultation, you acknowledge that MJ Empowered LLC, its coaches, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any adverse reactions, outcomes, or damages resulting from the application of information shared during or after the consultation.

Agreement
By booking and attending a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Disclaimer.
