The Empowered Eczema Community 

I have been coaching people with eczema since 2018, answering question after question from people who were desperate for answers… yet completely overwhelmed by all the noise online.

➡️ People who were trying so hard.

➡️ People who were spending hours Googling.

➡️ People who were stuck in the same cycle:

• reacting to almost everything…
  
• jumping from diet to diet…
  
• and feeling scared of food.

And even though I kept teaching about deeper gut healing, histamine intolerance, Candida, and the real root causes behind eczema… I was still getting messages like:

“Should I try another cream?”
“Do I need to just go back on steroids?”
“I cut out gluten, but my skin is the same, if not worse. Why?”

And every time, I felt that tug in my chest — because I knew they were missing the bigger picture 😓.

Not because they didn’t want to heal…
but because no one had ever shown them how to understand their body.

I was already coaching people through incredible transformations at this point, but there was still this massive disconnect in my audience.

I didn’t understand —

• I spoke to healing the gut.
• I spoke to histamine buckets, Candida overgrowth, liver stagnation, and immune dysregulation.
• I spoke to the deeper work — not the bandaids.

But I was still getting people who were terrified to eat, stuck in elimination diets, scared to add anything back in, and convinced their body was “broken.”

I would say over and over that eczema is not random.
That there are root causes.
That your skin is talking to you.

I would say that this wasn't a “try a new cream” community.

And STILL… they kept coming.

➡️ People who had been dismissed by dermatologists.
➡️ People who were told “just use steroids.”
➡️ People who were completely misunderstood by the conventional world.
➡️ People who felt alone, confused, reactive, overwhelmed — but deeply determined to heal.

And one day it clicked:

These weren’t the “wrong” people.
These were my people.

✨️ The ones who needed support.
✨️ The ones who were ready to learn their body.
✨️ The ones who were done guessing.
✨️ The ones who needed a community where healing wasn’t confusing — it was empowering.
